What courier service do you use?
Packages are shipped with Australia Post or various 3rd party carriers depending on your location and which shipping option you choose.
When will I receive tracking information?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. However, it may take a few hours to appear in the tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.
Can I change my address after an order is placed?
